Enrollment Policies

LATE REGISTRATION

Late registration means enrolling after the regular registration period. A fee of ₱300.00 shall be charged for late registration.

ADDING, CHANGING AND DROPPING OF SUBJECTS

  1. Students may either add, drop, or change subjects only during the first week of classes of every semester upon approval of the Program Chair. An official form must be duly accomplished and filed at the Registrar’s Office.
  2. No student must drop a subject without the Program Chair’s approval, and without reporting the matter to the Registrar. Otherwise, the student gets a failing grade on the said subject.
  3. No fee must be charged for the adding or dropping of subjects if the change was due to an error in the printed schedule, change in the time slot of the subject, or if the subject was dissolved.

CROSS ENROLLMENT / SUMMER STUDY PERMIT

  1. The privilege of cross-enrolment is granted to graduating students and incoming interns whose desired subjects are either not offered during the term or whose subjects have conflict in schedules.
  2. A summer study permit is issued only to graduating students.

REQUESTED SUBJECT OFFERING

Requested subjects are those not regularly offered within the semester or summer.

  1. Students must accomplish a Request to Offer Subject Form, duly recommended by the Program Chair and approved by the Vice-President for Academic Affairs.
  2. Students who enroll in a requested subject are expected to abide by the financial policies covering this request.
